I couldn't be more excited about this project. We've gotten so much love from comic people online, from our publishers First Second Books in the US and from Groundwood Books in Canada. I can't wait for everyone to see it. It's gorgeous.
It's amazing to me to think that three years ago I was in Paris with Jillian just thinking about this book, wondering if it would ever exist.
